The only thing more troubling than a contractor losing his or her business is a worker getting hurt or fatally injured. Both issues are easily avoided and unnecessary.

Over the past two decades, I have worked in and around hundreds of contractors. Along the way, I learned why some contractors thrive and others lose their business.

So, I've set out to help as many contractors succeed as I can.
